Advertising / Retail                                                                                                                                                      The goal of the Carma Shopper Toolkit was to provide a clear shopper strategy and actionable guidelines by designing Coca-Cola PICOS (Picture of Success) and POS materials for priority channels. This included identifying shoppers types across the platform, understanding their relevance and purchase intent, and developing activations and experiential materials for Gold, Silver and Bronze stores across Colombia/LATAM.
These PICOS (Picture of success) were often implemented in Flagship Stores, where the brand could meet shoppers in key 'sweet spots' to better understand their purchasing dynamics, what matters to them, how they engage along the path of purchase, and how to reinforce the reasons to buy and enjoy Coca-Cola.
